Elk Island Child & Youth Ranch is a group care and intensive treatment facility that has been operating since 2000. Our programs include short-term or long-term care for children and youth between the ages of 10 and 24 years, who struggle with emotional, behavioural, and/or psychiatric difficulties. The program creates individualized programs to guide youth and support them towards successful futures.
Facilities are located on 142 acres in a rural setting approximately 60km North East of Edmonton in the town of Lamont.
Elk Island Child and Youth Ranch has an administration office located at 4707 51 Street, Lamont, 3 rural properties with the capacity of 10 beds, and 1 SIL house.
